Mrs. Amanda Howe holds B.A. degree in International Studies and Political Studies from the Southern Methodist University and J.D. degree from the American University Washington College of Law. She has been working as a Legislative Analyst for several years and has been involved in work of non-governmental organizations in Moldova.
