Mrs. Florence Hartmann is a French journalist and writer. She served as a spokesperson for the Prosecutor’s Office of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY). Prior to that, she worked for several years as a Balkan correspondent for Le Monde. She authored two books: "Milosevic, la diagonale du fou", Denoël, 1999, Gallimard Folio, Paris, 2002 and “Peace and Punishment, the Secret Political War and International Justice”, Flammarion, France 2007.
