Mr. Scott A. Hipsher holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from Capella University, MBA degree from Bangkok University and B.Sc. from the University of Maryland. He is presently a lecturer at Bangkok University, Webster University and Mahidol University in Thailand. Prior to that, he taught macroeconomics, finance and management at Victoria University in Australia, Siam University in Thailand and many other academic centers in Asia. Dr. Hipsher served in the U.S. Navy for several years and received numerous military awards. He is a member of the International Academy of Business. He is also the co-author of the book The Nature of Asian Firms: An evolutionary perspective (May, 2007).
